Tim stepped away from the auction industry in 2012 to semi retire in southwest Florida, after co-building one of the country’s largest auction companies selling Home Improvement and Building Materials in the Midwest. While living in Florida it wasn’t very hard to see the demand for building products. His focus is bringing quality home improvement products to everyone from the home owner to the home builder…and sold at auction!
